Educate key policy-makers in the legislature.

As a Voting Member of CASE, you will help fund the CASE-PAC. The purpose of the CASE-PAC is to educate the public, the Legislature, and Constitutional Officers regarding the significant role played by Unit 2 members in preserving and maintaining justice and the general welfare of all California residents. Due to the current political landscape, we have seen the return of litigation that will make union fair-share fees optional, severely harming our ability to operate effectively. Help us fund the CASE-PAC so we have the resources to stand up, with one voice, and fight for the salaries and benefits that our hardworking legal professionals deserve.

CASE wants YOU!

To become a local union representative

Representing over 4,300 legal professionals in one of the largest states in the nation is no easy task. CASE needs your help. To run efficiently, CASE needs local reps in every represented department. Local reps assist Unit 2 Members with representation and workplace issues while communicating with our main office. Local reps enjoy the most direct participation in guiding CASE's future, and even receive compensation for time-spent on union issues if they have to take time off of work. Help us assist your fellow legal professionals with workplace issues; become a local union rep today (Visit the FAQ to learn more).
