Open Enrollment for Universal Life/Long-Term Care and Long-Term Disability Insurance

Many of our members have inquired about Universal Life Insurance coverage as well as Long Term Care. We are very pleased to be able to offer these coverages in one policy as well as continue to offer Long-Term Disability to all of our Voting members. This policy is offered with extremely minimal medical screening. Attached, please find details and an informative video on the program from our insurance broker, Nancy Bond.

We are also happy to announce that there will be a no-medical-restriction open enrollment for our Term Life Insurance policy offered through The Standard Insurance Company until May 18, 2018. This is a rare opportunity to get access to excellent policies at great rates. These policies are also portable and can be maintained even if you leave state service.

If you are interested in these programs and would like to become a Voting member of CASE, our membership application can be filled out on our website at If you are already a Voting member, thank you. You may inquire about these policies by contacting the Enrollment Line directly at (800) 718-9557.

As always, your support of CASE and your colleagues in Bargaining Unit 2 is greatly appreciated.

Sincerely, The CASE Board of Directors
