CASE 2021-2022 Memorandum of Understanding Ratification Results

Dear Voting Member of Bargaining Unit 2:

CASE is pleased to announce that the membership has ratified the CASE 2021-2022 Memorandum of Understanding (“MOU”) which will remain in effect until June 30, 2022. Over two thirds (68%) of all eligible Voting Members participated in the voting process and overwhelmingly approved the MOU with a 93% “Yes” vote. The membership's support of the one-year MOU reflects the fact that for most Voting Members it was imperative to end the furloughs and immediately begin the 5.37% raise for all members.

We understand that there is more work to do and will be seeking your help as we push the State to live up to its progressive goals of promoting gender equity, supporting working families, and fighting for equal justice for Californians through diversity. We are seeking a successor MOU that reverses the State’s regressive family leave policies, equalizes judicial and attorney salaries, and finally establishes competitive salaries for all CASE members.

As always, your support of CASE and your colleagues in Bargaining Unit 2 is greatly appreciated.

Sincerely,

The CASE Board of Directors
